Job Description:

Deliver personalized care and support to individuals in their homes, enhancing their quality of life and independence.

Assist with daily tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing. Remind clients to take medication and offer assistance with administration. Monitor vital signs and communicate any changes to the healthcare team.

Perform light household tasks to ensure a clean and safe living environment. Prepare and serve nutritious meals tailored to specific dietary requirements. Engage in meaningful conversations and offer emotional support to clients and their families.

Responsibilities include assisting clients with activities of daily living, maintaining a safe and clean environment, and communicating effectively with healthcare teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Completion of a state-approved training program for Home Health Aides or CNA License
  • Valid certification as a Home Health Aide
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Home Health Aide
  • Excellent communication and empathy skills
  • Ability to safely lift and move clients using proper body mechanics
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Current CPR Certification
