Lead Educator in Kiama Early Childhood Setting

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Early Childhood Teacher to join our team at G8 Education's service in Kiama.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a 39-place early learning centre, delivering high-quality education and care to children aged [insert age range].
The role involves working collaboratively with our dedicated team of educators to create engaging and inclusive learning environments that cater to the diverse needs of our children.
Main Responsibilities:
- To develop and implement play-based programs that promote children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development;
- To establish and maintain strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues;
- To contribute to the creation of a positive and inclusive centre culture;
- To stay up-to-date with the latest research, trends, and best practices in early childhood education;
- To participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) or equivalent qualification;
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in an early childhood setting;
- A commitment to providing high-quality education and care that is tailored to the needs of each child;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- An ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
About the Role:
- Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience;
- Hours: 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 6pm;
