Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced, results-driven environment that values innovation, excellence, and premium brand experiences. You will be responsible for creating, managing, and growing our social media presence, planning and scheduling strategic content, capturing and editing high-quality photo and video content, and writing engaging captions, blogs, emails, and other digital content.

You will also assist with website content updates via WordPress and Shopify, support campaign execution including paid advertising, influencer partnerships, and promotions, and monitor audience engagement, DMs, and feedback to strengthen community relationships.

In this role, you will work closely with our Marketing Manager and wider team to maintain brand consistency and voice. If you have a passion for aesthetics and a flair for storytelling and visual branding, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage social media content across multiple platforms
  • Plan and schedule strategic content in line with promotions, launches, and seasonal campaigns
  • Capture and edit high-quality photo and video content
  • Write engaging captions, blogs, emails, and other digital content
  • Assist with website content updates
  • Support campaign execution
  • Monitor audience engagement and feedback
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require a minimum of 3 years' experience in social media, digital marketing, or content creation, preferably in the beauty or wellness industry. You should have strong skills in photography, videography, editing, and content production, as well as proven ability to grow and manage social media accounts.

A high level of written and verbal communication skills, with a premium tone and visual sensibility, is essential. Experience with Meta Ads, Canva, email marketing platforms, WordPress, and Shopify is highly regarded. Organised, self-motivated, and capable of balancing multiple projects, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment.
