Financial Institutions and Professions Relationship Manager

As a Financial Institutions and Professions Client Manager, you will be responsible for managing key stakeholder relationships, enhancing the client experience, and driving growth. You will work closely with the Client Directors and the FSG team to deliver optimised outcomes for clients and contribute to the strategic direction of the business.
The role requires strong technical understanding of a broad range of Financial Lines Insurance products and risk solutions, including PI, D&O, and Crime. You will also need excellent cross-selling abilities, exceptional client relationship management capabilities, and strong negotiation skills.
You will work collaboratively across teams, manage a portfolio of clients, and mentor junior colleagues within the FI/Professions team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the Financial Lines Insurance market, excellent project management skills, and prioritisation skills.
