Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Field Service Technician to join our team in Adelaide.

You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and performing a range of field tasks across various technologies.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Cabling installation, including jointing, jumpering and splicing
  • Customer premises equipment installation
  • Fault diagnosis and repair of cabling networks and customer equipment

You will work in multiple environments, both internal and external, but predominantly inside the customer's premises. Your day may include any or all of these functions while delivering exceptional customer service.

Requirements:
  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Self-management and motivation
  • Current driver's license
  • Strong and personable communication skills
