Job Description:

 

As a seasoned travel professional, you will have the opportunity to work with customers to create personalized travel experiences that exceed their expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build dream itineraries for customers and create lasting memories they'll share for years to come.
  • Share travel knowledge and make perfect recommendations for customers, choosing from a range of different travel options, products, and suppliers.
  • Roll out the red carpet for customers and create a space where they feel welcomed and valued through active listening, mutual respect, and a positive attitude.
  • Be someone customers can trust and share their excitement with, showing enthusiasm and passion for travel.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Knowledge of the travel industry and its various components, including flights, accommodation, cruise, tours, insurance, and more.
