Leader of Patient Care

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating high-quality patient care, maintaining excellent relationships with clients and staff alike, and upholding our practice’s exceptional standards of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare patients for procedures, administer medications as required, and provide updates to pet owners on their pets' progress.
- Assist in consultations, lead a team, and offer guidance and mentorship to colleagues.
- Ensure the hospital is well-organised and maintained at all times.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and assist with reception duties when needed.
Requirements:
- Possession of Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing or equivalent experience.
- Previous experience in preparing patients for procedures, administering medication, and communicating effectively with clients.
- Able to work collaboratively within a dynamic team environment.
- Excellent animal handling skills and the ability to maintain high standards of patient care.
