Job Overview

  • Deployment Responsibilities:
    • Deploy hardware and software, configure systems, and tune solutions designed by the pre-sales engineering team.
    • Physically install hardware at a customer site or remotely supervise partner technicians/engineers while they perform on-site hardware installation tasks.
    • Remotely connect to systems in our integration facility and perform software installation, configuration, and tuning prior to shipping from the factory.
  • Qualifications and Skills:
    • Australian citizenship and Australian Government Security Clearance (preferably at NV2 level).
    • BS or higher degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Sciences; or equivalent required.
    • At least 10 years of hands-on experience with storage system design and networking, planning, implementation, managing & troubleshooting.
    • Mentoring experience at customer sites.
    • Strong Linux skills.
