The Department of Energy, Environment and Climate Action is seeking an experienced Internal Communications Lead to join our team. As a key member of our Corporate Services Group, you will be responsible for delivering best practice internal communications plans and products, providing advice to senior executives, and ensuring corporate priorities are communicated effectively.

The ideal candidate will have a background in journalist and editorial experience, as well as relevant tertiary qualifications in journalism, communications or public relations, preferably in a government setting.

Average salary range for this position in Melbourne is around $120,000 - $180,000 per annum. This is an ongoing position, and hybrid work arrangements are available.
