Home Care Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled individual to assist our aged community in living independently at home for longer.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Provide domestic assistance, including cleaning the home of older people to ensure a safe and beautiful place to live.
  • Help customers with meal preparation and shopping.
  • Offer social support and access to lifestyle activities.
  • Assist with personal care, including getting customers up, showered, and dressed for the day, managing medication, and providing mobility and therapy goals support.
  • Provide respite and emotional support to customers.
  • Transport customers to appointments as needed.
  • Support customers with complex care needs, such as dementia.

What We Look For:
  • You must have a genuine interest in assisting our aged community.
  • A current P1 class or above Australian Drivers License and a registered vehicle are required for travel-related responsibilities.

  • Availability to work at least three days per week, Monday to Friday, without night or weekend shifts.
