Job Title: Home Care Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to support our clients in their homes, helping them maintain independence and live fulfilling lives.

  • This role involves providing domestic assistance and social services such as organizing outings, cooking, pet care, cleaning, gardening, and transportation to clients in the QLD area.
  • You will review care plans to understand client goals and needs, use an app to track important information and identify potential hazards to ensure safety.

This opportunity is ideal for someone with a strong desire to help vulnerable individuals and excellent relationship-building skills. You will work regular hours Monday-Friday, with no weekends or nights, and have opportunities for career development and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
  • Assist clients with meal preparation and household chores.
  • Transport clients to appointments and engagements.
Requirements:
  • A current Australian Driver's License and registered vehicle.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
