As a seasoned Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our customer relationships and driving business growth. We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our major WA customer network across construction, mining, and government sectors.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for building and nurturing trusted relationships with a broad customer base within the construction, mining, and government industries. This will involve establishing yourself as the senior point of contact for all customer matters, developing strategies to increase awareness of our offerings, and collaborating with support teams to deliver initiatives that drive sales growth.

  • Develop and implement account plans to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Identify new opportunities within existing customer portfolios and connect with brand-new customers to drive revenue growth.
  • Work closely with the Sales Manager – Markets to shape your own success and utilize your expertise in tenders, negotiations, and solution-selling.

Each day will include navigating complex customer organisations to increase awareness of our solutions and provide beneficial outcomes to these customers.

Required Skills and Qualifications

This role requires 3-5 years' experience selling services into construction, manufacturing, government or related industries. You should be a self-starter who thinks strategically to drive results in a performance-driven environment, with proven negotiation and influencing skills.

  • Tendering and contract management experience is essential.
  • Ability to interpret and analyse data to formulate strategic plans.
  • Strong stakeholder relationship management skills.
