Wine Club Manager and Cellar Door

The wine club manager and cellar door plays a pivotal role in our organisation by combining the management of our wine club with face-to-face interactions at our cellar door.

This position combines two essential elements of our business: customer service and wine education. You will work closely with the cellar door and events manager to create exceptional experiences for our wine club members and guests.

To excel in this role, you must possess excellent communication and organisational skills, be able to guide and educate consumers through the wine tasting experience, manage the existing wine club and direct-to-consumer base, contribute and execute member communications and campaigns, maintain high standards of our seated tasting experience for all guests, and handle administration tasks including management of customer orders, post, and social media.

We are seeking an individual who can provide a warm and welcoming attitude, a focus on delivering outstanding customer service, and a sound knowledge of wine that can be developed further.
