Support Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking a passionate and proactive Support Coordinator to join our wellbeing team. In this role, you will work closely with students in Years 10–12 to support their engagement, wellbeing, and successful transition into further education, training, or employment.

This position is offered in a Temporary Part-Time capacity (0.6 FTE), 43.5 hours per fortnight.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to build strong relationships with students, families, and school staff. You will identify barriers to young people achieving outcomes and refer to appropriate support services.

Maintaining records of student contact on a daily basis is essential, as well as supporting students to achieve satisfactory learning outcomes. The ability to develop and monitor post-program support as required to meet program performance criteria is also crucial.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and address barriers to student achievement
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with students, families, and school staff
  • Provide individualized support to students to achieve satisfactory learning outcomes
  • Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and make adjustments as necessary
