- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to expand our market presence and drive growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution, from design through to successful delivery.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering repeat business.
- Assist in the preparation of proposals, quotes, and project documentation to ensure accuracy and alignment with client expectations.
- Apply a working knowledge of relevant NCC sections, industry standards, and regulations pertaining to HVAC systems and the built environment, ensuring full compliance with all legislative requirements.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to promote innovation and maintain our competitive edge in the HVAC market.
We are looking for someone with minimum 5 years of experience in business development and client engagement, including a mix of HVAC design engineering and customer service/proposal submissions. You should have in-depth knowledge of the NSW HVAC industry, established connections with builders, consultants, tenants, and developers, and be able to combine engineering expertise to successfully manage projects from HVAC design and construction, from proposal to completion.
