Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the development and launch of our search experience. This is a critical role that requires strong product intuition, analytical thinking, and bias toward action.

The successful candidate will own the product vision and roadmap for our search and results experience across web and mobile. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to craft simple, clear, and elegant interactions that help users move forward with confidence.

This role requires the ability to build lean, testable versions of new ideas quickly validating what works and refining based on real-world usage.

  • Lead the product vision and roadmap for Rome2Rio's search and results experience
  • Build lean, testable versions of new ideas
  • Work side-by-side with design to craft simple, clear, and elegant interactions
  • Use data and experimentation to inform every step
  • Partner with engineering to ensure high-performance delivery
  • Collaborate with commercial teams to align business goals with user experience
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience working in B2C product environments
  • Experience designing and launching MVPs
  • Confidence working with data and experimentation frameworks
  • Ability to think in journeys, not just features
  • Collaborative mindset with design and engineering teams
