We make it easy to compare flights, trains, buses, ferries, and driving routes - providing everything users need to discover, plan, and book their journey. Behind the scenes, we tackle complex routing challenges, process massive datasets, and optimise search performance to deliver fast, reliable results.

We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the most critical part of that journey: the search experience. This is where discovery starts—where users express intent, evaluate their options, and decide how to get where they're going.

You'll own this space end-to-end, shaping how users interact with Rome2Rio from the very first input through to results and decision-making. You'll join a cross-functional team that values curiosity, collaboration, and thoughtful design—and you'll bring the product intuition, analytical thinking, and bias toward action needed to make real progress.

What you'll do

• Lead the product vision and roadmap for Rome2Rio's search and results experience across web and mobile.
• Build lean, testable versions of new ideas—quickly validating what works and refining based on real-world usage.
• Work side-by-side with design to craft simple, clear, and elegant interactions that help users move forward with confidence.
• Use data and experimentation to inform every step—from opportunity sizing to iteration and optimisation.
• Partner with engineering to ensure high-performance, reliable delivery while maintaining product quality and consistency.
• Collaborate with commercial teams to align business goals with a user experience people actually want.
• Communicate priorities clearly, structure complex problems, and bring clarity to ambiguity.

What We're Looking For

• You've worked in B2C product environment with high user expectations and real-world stakes.
• You have experience designing and launching MVPs, knowing when to move fast and when to sweat the details.
• You're confident working with data and experimentation frameworksto make smart, informed decisions—not just gut calls.
• You think in journeys, not just features—and you advocate for the user at every turn.
• You collaborate deeply with design, and understand the role of UX in product success.
• You're not afraid of complexity, but you don't let it show in the product.

Nice-to-haves:

• Experience working on search, discovery, or recommendationproducts.
• Familiarity with travel, transport, mapping, or other geospatial tools.
• Exposure to internationalisation, accessibility, or cross-platform development.
• Interest in using AI or automationto simplify discovery or improve relevance.
