About the Role
Our Local Business Bankers build, acquire and maintain standout relationships with Small Business customers. They work closely with referral partners as well as our Banking channels, focusing on Home Lending and Business Lending.

We're looking for individuals who can deliver the best possible experience for our customers. They will be embedded locally, working out of one of our branches, and finding other ways to build that customer base – including effective external and internal referral networks.

Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Building strong relationships with Small Business customers.
  • Finding new business opportunities in the financial sector and local market.
  • Working collaboratively with referral partners and Banking channels.
