Job Title:

Diploma Qualified Educators

Overview:

We are seeking skilled and passionate educators to join our team. As a diploma qualified educator, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to young children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and assist families across their service
  • Lead the planning of engaging and educational activities for all involved
  • Develop life-changing experiences for children to foster exploration and learning through play

Requirements:

  • ACECQA approved diploma qualification
  • Current working with children check
  • Current national police clearance certificate (desirable)
  • Current approved first aid certificate / asthma and anaphylaxis training
  • Understanding of the developmental needs of children aged 0-5 years
  • Knowledge and experience of the early years learning framework (EYLF) and national quality standards (NQS)
  • Permanent resident/citizen
  • Effective communication skills - with families, staff, and children
