**About the Role**:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate **Diploma-Qualified Educator** to join our team. You'll work alongside experienced educators to deliver engaging programs based on the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), while forming strong, respectful relationships with children and families. Offering a rotating roster with start times from 6am to 6pm. 6-hour part-time position or 4 full days with an RDO each week.

Providing an excellent opportunity for an experienced and passionate educator to contribute to the development and learning of young children in our care.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, implement and evaluate high-quality, developmentally appropriate programs
- Support the emotional and physical well-being of children in your care
- Maintain accurate documentation of children's learning and development
- Collaborate with fellow educators to meet and exceed the **National Quality Standards (NQS)**:

- Communicate positively with families and contribute to a supportive team culture

**To Be Successful, You Will Have**:

- Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care
- Current Working with Children Check (WWCC)
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificates (HLTAID012 or equivalent)
- Solid understanding of the EYLF and NQS
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A genuine love for working with young children

Pay: $31.00 - $35.00 per hour
