
Clinical Care Specialist

We are seeking experienced Endoscopy Trained Nurses to join our multidisciplinary team at Mt Lawley Hospital.
The role involves providing safe and compassionate clinical care in a fast-paced environment, working collaboratively with gastroenterology and endoscopy nurses to ensure the best patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Maintains and develops clinical skills to care for patients appropriate to level of competence.
- Delivers a high standard of patient care using appropriate resources cost-effectively.
- Adheres to and supports hospital policies, procedures and standards.
- Acts as the patient's advocate and supports patient rights.
- Participates in a multidisciplinary team approach to patient care through the continuum of care.
- Prioritises workload using resources effectively.
- Current registration with Nursing & Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA) as an Enrolled or Registered Nurse.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience and demonstrated commitment to quality patient care.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary health care team, with a commitment to ongoing education and professional development.
