Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and experienced registered nurse to provide quality care to our residents at our aged care facility.

The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment. You will also have experience in mentoring and supervising care staff, as well as an awareness of AN-ACC required assessments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess residents' needs and develop individualized care plans.
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate plans of care in partnership with customers and their loved ones.
  • Liaise with healthcare professionals to deliver quality care to customers.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational, professional, and aged care standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • AHPRA Registration
  • Minimum 1-2 years' experience as a registered nurse in an aged care setting
  • Strong planning and coordination skills in care delivery
  • Ability to guide staff in wound and diabetes care
  • Sound understanding of medication systems
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
