About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Assistant Village Manager. In this role, you will work closely with the Village Manager to deliver quality service and create a supportive environment for our community.
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for managing new residents, current residents, and relevant stakeholders. Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional customer service and building positive relationships with key stakeholders, clients, colleagues, and service providers.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer-focused role.
- Excellent people and communication skills, both written and oral.
- Able to prioritise and work under minimal supervision.
- Experience building positive relationships with key stakeholders, clients, colleagues, and service providers.
- Resilient, highly organised, and strong commercial acumen.
- Good understanding of aged care principles or willingness to learn.
- Proficient in Windows, Excel, and PowerPoint, along with the ability to quickly learn other systems.
