Job Description

Based in Katherine NT, you will have the opportunity to contribute to growing our Energy division.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead commissioning of Fuel Infrastructure projects, managing resources, schedules, commercials, safety, and client relationships.
  • Manage all aspects of the project including contract management, estimating, programming of work, and defect rectification.
  • Coordinate direct labour and subcontractors.
  • Manage project start-up, maintain project schedule, and ensure effective handover, including holding regular project management meetings.
  • Report on project success, results, progress, and deployment of activity.
  • Maintain the project site, premises, plant & equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with HSEQ requirements.
  • Work closely with the commercial team and take ownership of all commercial aspects of the project.
  • Manage and analyse project expenditure and duration.
  • Engage with clients and internal subject matter experts at pre-contract stage to understand scope, and contribute to tender process.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience delivering fuel projects and overseeing commissioning works.
  • Leadership skills and understanding of leadership responsibilities including reliability.
  • A high level of understanding and appreciation for safety.
  • Commercial acumen.
  • Programming and planning skills.
  • Experience in a similar role within a contractor environment.
  • Driver's License.
