Essential Qualifications and Skills
  • A Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or an equivalent qualification as recognised by the Australian Children's Education & Care Quality Authority (ACECQA).
  • A Current and Valid Working With Children Check or the ability to obtain one.
  • A First Aid Certificate including training in asthma and anaphylaxis.
Desirable Skills and Knowledge
  • Prior experience in teaching in an early childhood setting.
  • The ability to create an Inclusive Environment where all children can thrive.
  • Familiarity with the Education and Care Services National Law and National Regulations.
  • A commitment to ongoing Training and Development to stay up-to-date with the latest educational trends and practices.
  • Familiarity with relevant software and technology tools used for children's documentation and parent communication.
