Central Coast Care Support

We are seeking individuals to provide in-home support services to valued customers across the Central Coast.
This role involves delivering high-quality personal care, social support, and domestic assistance to ensure our customers live independently.
About the Role
You will be responsible for:
- Providing personal care, including showering, dressing, grooming, and medication assistance
- Social support and transportation for activities, shopping, and medical appointments
- Domestic assistance, including light household cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
- Supporting customers with complex needs, including manual handling equipment
- Maintaining customer well-being and reporting progress
Your Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- Caring, compassionate, and friendly qualities
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Reliability and dependability
- Able to build rapport and working relationships
- Comfortable using technology for accessing rosters and recording customer notes/feedback
Requirements
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance/Criminal Record Check
- Proof of Vaccination (where relevant)
- Current First Aid certificate/CPR
- Current Australian Drivers License
- Reliable, registered, and insured vehicle
- Smart phone with internet access
