Job Overview

We are seeking a strategic leader to oversee our commercial operations and drive growth. This role will lead our global go-to-market functions, including sales, marketing, partnerships, implementations, and customer success.

The ideal candidate will have experience in enterprise sales, account management, customer success, marketing, and partnerships. They will own the full commercial lifecycle, from demand generation to customer retention and expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire a global commercial team across multiple disciplines.
  • Own and deliver revenue growth targets across regions and sectors.
  • Drive a high-performance culture with clear accountability and measurable success.
  • Personally lead and support major enterprise deals, including deal structuring and negotiation.
  • Partner with product and engineering leadership to ensure market feedback is embedded into the product roadmap.
  • Optimise the customer lifecycle for exceptional experiences.
  • Establish and execute a global go-to-market strategy, including territory planning and account prioritisation.
  • Leverage advanced sales, marketing, and partnerships tools to increase efficiency and target opportunities.
  • Work closely with the CEO and executive leadership to shape company strategy.
  • Ensure operational excellence across commercial processes.

This role reports directly to the CEO and is a key member of the executive leadership team.


Requirements
  • Proven success as a senior commercial leader in a high-growth fintech or identity environment.
  • Experience leading large, multi-disciplinary teams across sales, marketing, partnerships, and customer success.
  • Deep enterprise bank/fintech sales experience, ideally with identity or fraud products, and a track record of closing complex deals.
  • Strong expertise in deal structuring and negotiation at enterprise level.
  • Ability to manage long sales cycles while maintaining high win rates.
  • Global experience and cultural fluency, with a track record of operating in multiple regions.
  • Highly proficient in modern sales, marketing, and partnerships technologies.
  • Data-driven decision maker with strong forecasting discipline.
  • Exceptional communicator and negotiator at C-suite level.
