Job Description

In this Senior Business Banking Manager role, you will:

  • Develop and manage a portfolio of key business banking clients and referral partners.
  • Uncover new business and referral opportunities while cultivating, growing, and utilizing your mature network of internal and external contacts.
  • Maintain and enhance your portfolio's credit risk profile while maximizing profitability.
  • Work with and contribute to a high-performing, engaged, and collaborative team.
  • Initiate solutions to stimulate customer growth in the local market and implement yearly business plans for your complex portfolio.
  • Assume responsibility for profit & loss statements, overseeing revenue, lending balances, and deposit expansion.
What You'll Bring
  • Tenure as a business banking or relationship manager with a well-established footprint in professional services.
  • Demonstrable lending expertise and confidence navigating and putting together complex deals.
  • Advanced financial expertise and strategic relationship management skills.
  • Passionate about business development and credit risk management.
  • Proficient in business/commercial practices, alongside business banking products and services.
