Senior Operations Leader Sought

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Senior Operations Leader to join our Executive Team.

This is a unique opportunity to lead and shape the delivery of high-quality primary health care services across remote Aboriginal communities in the Big Rivers region of the Northern Territory.

About the Role:
  • The Senior Operations Leader is responsible for the day-to-day operational and administrative functions of the organisation. Key responsibilities include:
  • Translating strategic goals into effective operational plans
  • Leading a multidisciplinary team and promoting a high-performing culture
  • Ensuring compliance with accreditation and regulatory standards
  • Overseeing budgeting, capital planning and financial reporting
  • Building strong relationships with Aboriginal communities and key stakeholders
Key Qualifications:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Health Administration or a related field
  • 5+ years' executive leadership experience in a health or community setting
  • Cultural competence and understanding of Aboriginal primary health care
  • Strong leadership, financial management, and compliance experience
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Experience in an Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Organisation
  • Knowledge of ISO, RACGP, and NDIS accreditation standards
  • Postgraduate qualifications in governance, leadership, or health management
