Insurance Professional Role

This career opportunity is based in Melbourne CBD and offers flexible hybrid working.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Assist with quote preparation, proposals, and policy documentation according to established processes.
  • Prepare Partner Stewardship Reports and collect relevant data.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance the client experience.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients as needed.
  • Handle client queries, renewals, policy changes, and coverage advice effectively.
  • Provide top-notch service and professional advice throughout the sales, client onboarding process, and full policy lifecycle.
  • Stay updated on industry, product, and legislative developments to maintain expertise.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Tier 1 accreditation is essential.
  • A basic technical understanding of various insurance products, including financial lines.
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills are necessary.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills are required.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Package (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Salesforce.
