The Senior Digital Project Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping our digital transformation strategy, overseeing the implementation and delivery of CAPEX and/or Digital Sales, Service & Marketing projects that will enhance our digital capabilities.

This role requires a high degree of vendor management expertise, as well as solid commercial contract & negotiation skills to secure the best outcomes for our business.

You will be accountable for managing the overall delivery of the Digital capability program & related initiatives within budget and aligned with our digital transformation strategy.

Key responsibilities include determining resourcing for Programs and projects, onboarding subject matter experts, or engaging external agencies to ensure the best digital resources are on board.

Engagement with Marketing will be measured through leads and demand generated into the digital funnel.

Representation with the mid-market and Enterprise Leadership teams, specifically through participation in initiatives and projects to achieve combined outcomes.

Administrative duties relating to meeting capital/operating costs.

Solid business modelling skills and comfortable running budgets & accurate forecasting.

Exceptional stakeholder management with an ability to build strong relationships and tailor communication to keep it simple.

Proven ability to set up complex Digital Project/Program structures that meet the business needs, including recommendations for the use of the best delivery model for the initiative.

Experience of Digital (Digital Marketing & ad tech or data-driven marketing highly advantageous).

Degree qualified in a Business and/or IT related field.
