Business Growth Specialist

We're seeking an experienced banking professional to join our team in Adelaide. As a key member of our commercial division, you'll play a vital role in building strong relationships with business owners across various industries.
About the Position:
You'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, understanding their financial needs, and providing tailored solutions to drive growth. You'll work closely with product partners and other stakeholders to design and execute deals, while collaborating with a dedicated Assistant Manager to achieve shared goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong internal and external networks to support deal design and execution.
- Structuring deals in conjunction with relevant product and specialist teams.
- Proactively managing credit and operational risks.
- Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships and high levels of customer satisfaction.
Your Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you'll need a strong understanding of commercial mid-market banking products, as well as the ability to understand customers' business needs and offer tailored solutions. You should also have experience assessing, advising, monitoring, and/or approving a customer's credit worthiness and credit risk.
