About the Role

As the Learning Lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic learning plans, managing a state-of-the-art learning facility, and collaborating with stakeholders to align learning initiatives with business priorities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the design and delivery of engaging learning programs, including workshops, events, and digital content.
  • Manage the learning facility, ensuring a seamless user experience and optimal functionality.
  • Develop a community of practice within the organization, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing among employees.
  • Facilitate training sessions, leveraging your expertise to create meaningful learning experiences.
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify learning needs and develop targeted solutions.
  • Provide data-driven insights and reporting on learning outcomes and impact.
