  • Ideal background: manufacturing environment and familiarity with plumbing, compressed air, or industrial ovens.
  • A proactive mindset with strong fault-finding, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
  • Safety-conscious, with IOSH/NEBOSH training (or willingness to complete it).
