Role Summary

This is a casual role within our Grounds Crew team, where you will play a key part in delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver consistent service and maintain professional presentation to guests
  • Manage the movement of luggage and freight efficiently, maintaining accurate inventory through ordering, receiving, and counting
  • Assist vessel crew with loading and unloading of freight, luggage, and guests, ensuring clear communication with fleet and Port of Airlie radio
  • Aid reservations team with enquiries and check-ins, including issuing tickets through CustomLinc
Requirements:
  • Able to work efficiently and proactively in an autonomous environment
  • High level of personal presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
  • Highly self-motivated and able to multitask competing priorities
  • Great attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Office and general computer-based administrative tasks
  • Confident with the use of technology and communication device
