HSE Coordinator

Fetch Recruitment is seeking an experienced HSE Coordinator to join their team in Melbourne. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the health, safety, and environmental well-being of employees, contractors, and clients.

Fetch is a Tier 3 Commercial builder with a strong presence in Victoria and New South Wales. With over 15 years of experience, they have built a reputation for delivering high-quality projects and providing excellent training and development opportunities for their employees.

The HSE Coordinator will be responsible for:

• Implementing and maintaining health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures
• Conducting regular site inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and risks
• Developing and delivering training programs to ensure employees are aware of their health, safety, and environmental responsibilities
• Collaborating with project teams and contractors to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Forecasting and managing health, safety, and environmental supplies and equipment
• Assisting in the preparation and review of health, safety, and environmental documentation
• Reporting and resolving workplace incidents and near misses

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 2+ years of experience in a similar OH&S/WHS/HSR role
• A minimum of Certificate 4 in OHS or Diploma in OHS
• Experience working within construction, preferably in a commercial setting
• Proficiency in using Hammertech
