Project Director

We are seeking a seasoned Project Director to oversee and manage various new build projects from inception to completion.

About the Role
  • Lead and manage new build projects, ensuring project objectives are met and delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to achieve project goals.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, resource allocation, and risk management.
  • Maintain a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement on site.
  • Foster a positive team culture and provide regular reports and updates to senior management and clients.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in new build projects, minimum 5 years experience.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
