Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced retail environment. Your key focus will be on understanding customers' needs and ensuring they are met to the best of your abilities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Greeting and addressing customers in a friendly and respectful manner
  • Promoting loyalty programs and promotions to customers
  • Answering customer inquiries regarding products and services
  • Completing sale transactions using the Point of Sale
  • Preparing delicious coffees using barista equipment

Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining awareness of safety hazards and incidents, conducting activities in accordance with safety procedures, and adhering to work health and safety policies and procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1 year of customer service experience
  • Availability for over-night, early morning, evenings, weekends and public holidays
  • Ability to commute or relocate to Kelso NSW
