Caregiving Opportunities

As a Personal Care Assistant, you will create a safe and supportive environment for our residents. Your role will involve providing resident personal care, including assisting with personal hygiene, showering, dressing, toileting, assisting with meal service, mobility, and social support.

Our ideal candidate will have a Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Ageing) (or equivalent), as well as minimum 1 year experience as a Personal Care Assistant in a Residential Aged Care home. You will be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English, and possess excellent time-management and prioritization skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing direct resident care, including assisting with personal hygiene, showering, dressing, and toileting.
• Assisting with meals service, mobility, and social support.
• Making resident beds, tidying their room, and offering companionship.
• Promptly responding to resident call buttons for assistance.

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate individual who is committed to respecting the values, customs, preferences, and spiritual beliefs of our residents.
