Screen and Media Teaching Position

We are seeking an experienced Screen and Media teacher to join our school's faculty. The successful applicant will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging screen and media programs that utilise contemporary media technologies (film, digital production, animation, sound, interactive design, VR/AR, social media content creation) to foster creativity and innovation in students.

The ideal candidate will have approval to teach or be preparedness to undertake VET teacher training in Screen and Media providing the qualification entry benchmark is met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver high-quality screen and media programs aligned with curriculum requirements
  • Utilise contemporary media technologies to enhance student learning experiences
  • Assess and provide feedback on student work
Requirements:
  • Qualification in Screen and Media teaching or related field
  • Approval to teach or willingness to undertake VET teacher training in Screen and Media
  • Experience in using media technologies to enhance student learning
