Deliver Exceptional Guest Experiences

At Travel + Leisure Co., we're passionate about putting the world on vacation. As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our guests enjoy a clean, comfortable, and memorable stay.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Clean hotel rooms to the highest standards, including sleeping quarters, kitchens, bathrooms, and living rooms.
  • Delegate tasks to ensure rooms are refreshed efficiently and effectively.
  • Manage housekeeping stock and report any discrepancies to the Executive Housekeeper.
  • Conduct quality checks and liaise with Front Office to release rooms for occupancy.
  • Plan and implement weekly rosters in consultation with the Housekeeping Manager.
  • Ensure guest safety and property protection.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and concerns, resolving issues promptly and professionally.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in a similar hotel role.
  • A solid understanding of Workplace Health and Safety, including safe chemical handling.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • A flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
