Senior SAP S/4HANA Payroll Business Analyst

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP S/4HANA Business Analyst to drive the initiative forward for our ERP transformation program. The role involves supporting the major ERP transformation, focusing on the S/4HANA Payroll stream within the Brisbane Modern ERP Program.

Responsibilities:
  • Define payroll system requirements with stakeholders and gather relevant information.
  • Analyze and document payroll business processes to identify automation opportunities and improve efficiency.
  • Design time and leave workflows ensuring compliance with Australian regulations.
  • Collaborate with technical teams on data migration and system integration to deliver a seamless user experience.
  • Validate system designs, configurations, and identify gaps or risks to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Support testing, deployment, and issue resolution to ensure minimal downtime.
  • Provide training and documentation for users to ensure they are equipped to use the new system effectively.
Required Skills:
  • At least 10 years of SAP experience, especially in time and leave processes.
  • Experience with HR/Payroll operations and system integrations is essential.
  • Proven ability to work with stakeholders to deliver user-centric system designs is critical.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills are required.
  • Organized, goal-driven, and emotionally intelligent individuals will excel in this role.
Desirable Skills:
  • Experience in multi-release programs is highly desirable.
  • HR/Payroll operational or support experience is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with SAP Activate methodologies or relevant certifications is an added advantage.
