**Job Description**

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Control Specialist to oversee project controls across large-scale energy infrastructure builds. This senior leadership role will bring structure, oversight, and clarity to commercial performance - ensuring time, cost, and risk are expertly managed throughout the lifecycle of each project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement cost and schedule control systems, tools, and reporting frameworks.
  • Establish robust Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) / Control Budgeting System (CBS) structures, budgets, and baseline schedules in collaboration with project teams.
  • Drive monthly reporting cycles including earned value analysis, forecasts, and performance dashboards.
  • Oversee change control processes and assess impacts on time and cost.
  • Interface closely with commercial, contracts, and delivery teams.
  • Maintain project risk registers and proactively manage exposure.
  • Lead a team of planners, cost controllers, and document controllers across multiple disciplines.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in a Project Controls Manager role on large infrastructure projects. They should possess contractor-side experience in energy, utilities, or industrial D&C builds, along with a deep understanding of cost engineering, schedule integration, and performance metrics (CPI, SPI). Proficiency in Primavera P6, Power BI, and advanced Excel tools (Power Query, Pivot, etc.) is also essential. Relevant qualifications in accounting, engineering, or project controls are required.
