Operational Security Leader

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Security Manager to oversee the operational management of our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing security directives, ensuring compliance, and reporting on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
- Operational management of all personnel delivering services at the Corporate Facility
- Nominated First aider
- Chief Fire Warden
- Control Room Operations
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Previous management experience in a similar role including the management of a small to medium sized team
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain security documentation (Standard Operating Procedures etc.)
- A valid security license and first aid/CPR certification
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively liaise with stakeholders
- Australian Citizen or hold Unlimited Work Rights
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in IT and computer systems including an intermediate level of Microsoft Office
