- Coordinate design and drafting activities with drafters to ensure that drawing sets meet quality standards.
- Utilise software to create accurate plans and profiles.
- Collaborate with senior designers and engineers to develop project solutions and ensure design accuracy.
- Develop innovative solutions to problems and take necessary action to expedite project success.
- Minimum 2 years of Civil Design experience.
- Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Strong communication and relationship building with clients and stakeholders.
- Experience in the use of software, proficient in AutoCAD.
- Technical Drawing and presentation Skills.
- Familiar with Australian standards, with a drive to learn and grow in the field of civil design.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and contribute to group projects.
- Flexibility with working on various types of projects and tasks, working to deadlines.
- A keen eye for detail and accuracy.
