Child and Adolescent Mental Health Specialist Leader

Clinical leadership is a key aspect of this role, where you will be responsible for providing expert clinical services and governance to mental health clinicians working with children and young people.
Key Responsibilities- Providing high-level clinical services and consultancy to mental health clinicians
- Leading and managing multidisciplinary teams to deliver quality patient care
- Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure best practice in mental health care
In order to succeed in this role, you will require strong leadership and management skills, as well as the ability to think critically and solve complex problems. You will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a range of stakeholders including clinicians, managers, and patients.
The successful candidate will have a tertiary qualification in a relevant field, such as nursing, psychology, or social work, and current registration with AHPRA. They will also have significant post-graduate experience in the provision of mental health services, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality patient outcomes.
