Agile Transformation Lead

This senior role is responsible for guiding geographically dispersed teams through enterprise-wide transformation, utilizing Agile Demand Management principles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing the capability of others through effective coaching, mentoring, and performance management
  • Leading teams on business planning and decision making using Agile Demand Management principles
  • Embedding new ways of working in practice through participation in tribe and squad events to drive continuous improvement
  • Providing trusted advice to leadership by coaching and developing staff on Agile principles and practices
