Job Description

We are seeking a Sales Consultant to join our Osborne Park team. As a Sales Consultant, you will be part of an exceptional showroom providing expert advice on our products and offering personalized solutions to customers.

You will create an immersive and welcoming environment by providing exceptional customer service, offering barista-made coffee, and arranging cooking demonstrations with our talented chefs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Building Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to deliver amazing in-store experiences.
  • Product Knowledge: Provide information about brand offerings and product features to customers.
  • Sales and Projects: Ensure sales and projects are delivered smoothly for customers.
  • Follow-up: Follow up with customers as required to ensure satisfaction.
  • Training and Development: Participate in regular training and development with our in-house training team.
Requirements
  • Passion for Customer Experience: Be passionate about delivering amazing experiences for our customers.
  • Retail or Sales Experience: Have experience working in retail or sales, although it doesn't have to be in appliances.
  • Flexibility: Be flexible with your availability, including weekends as required.
  • Communication Skills: Possess clear communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Continuous Learning: Be eager to learn and develop, with a passion for growth.
