Job Description

The Financial Administration Officer position involves managing the Courtlink process, including daily receipting and payments, account queries, and reviewing and authorizing key file handling processes.

The ideal candidate will have strong skills in financial management, customer service, and problem-solving to resolve payment enquiries and develop solutions with court personnel.

They will be responsible for preparing and lodging revenue returns under tight timelines, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Daily and monthly reconciliations, including investigation and resolution of reconciling items, are critical tasks for this role.

Additionally, the officer will support year-end reconciliations, journals, financial analysis, and management reporting, as well as assist with project work as directed by the Senior Accountant - Trust Accounting.

The role requires processing accounts receivable, financial reporting, general ledger account reconciliations, and resolving customer payment enquiries efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
