Job Description">

We are seeking a skilled Project Delivery Specialist to join our team in Melbourne, VIC. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple capital works projects within our framework, focusing on mechanical and electrical aspects.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Setting up and establishing projects within the framework
  • Forecasting and client reporting
  • Commissioning and process improvement support
  • Client interface to assist with integration into the wider network
  • Procurement and subcontract evaluation support
  • Supporting upcoming tenders with project proposal support and establishment of proving criteria
  • Supporting clients with M&E integration of future and past works where possible
  • Project reporting on live projects within the framework, including forecasts, project-specific HSEQ items, Earned Value, Schedule, etc.
  • Monthly framework reporting for the delivery aspect of the projects
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  • Experience in complex infrastructure, including water/wastewater plants, pump stations, etc.
  • Strong technical leadership and ability to drive teams according to construction programs
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to integrate with broader projects teams to achieve program completion
